I feel that way, I really do. It is another Friday and time to tell you just how “Fit” I feel. I cannot say that I failed at all this week. Not even close. I didn’t do any real full-fledged work outs, but I stayed busy and kept my body moving doing all kinds of stuff.
And let me tell you Wednesday at Water Country/Busch Gardens – I did plenty of walking around. My feet felt it. They STILL feel it.
Before I get into telling you about my “losses” for the week and my overall progress, I want to tell you all about the awesome or “fantastic” new ride that they have at Busch Gardens. The Verbolten.
My favorite part about riding a new roller coaster, is not knowing exactly what to expect. What will be around the next turn. The great part about this one is you never really know. The Verbolten is a multi-launch coaster and it takes you on a different ride through the black forest, every time.
The only downside is the “house” part of the line. There are no fans and no circulation of air – it was easily 20 degrees hotter in that section of the line than it was outside. We wanted to ride it again, but we waited till the temperature had cooled off to go back – and sure enough, the second ride was different from the first.
Here is a quick video of the Chefs riding, don’t worry – it doesn’t give away everything
The ride is simply FANTASTIC! I loved it – both times. And both times I rode it the ride was different. This is by far one of the best coasters I have ever ridden – and it didn’t even go upside down.
On to my Progress
I would have to say I am far from failing. I am fit-tastic and right on schedule. Since I started tracking my progress – I have lost my 6 pounds and am meeting my goal every week. I am staying more active and I am noticing a difference in the muscle tone everywhere else – and I just feel better.
What’s even better is the inches I lost using the itWorks products have stayed off!
What started as a loss of 2.5 inches has now become a total of 8 inches lost. I’m sure the 6 pounds has something to do with that as well, but I am just fit-tastically happy that I am making good progress and meeting my goals! If I keep it up I can easily meet my minimum goal to lose around 26 pounds by my birthday in August, beginning the start of my 30th year on this planet a healthy and physically fit person.
For me it is all about my personal health. I know the extra 20 – 30 pounds I carry isn’t good for me. I know that if I don’t move my body and exercise regularly by incorporating the behavior into my lifestyle – I’ll turn out to be a miserable old lady – nobody wants that. Trust me.
