Flab – u – Less

Diet and Exercise – The keys to losing weight.

And wouldn’t you know – I just suck at both of those things.

I only lost 1 pound by the last week – but I actually see that as being really good. And after the weekend – I lost the  other pound! So I made my 2 pounds.

This may be TMI for some of you – but I was going through that Midol kind of period –  if you know what I mean.

It comes with bloating, laziness, cravings and overeating.

Last week I managed to overcome everything but the bloating – but did I really expect to escape that part? No.

My Accomplishments over the Last  Week Include:

  • Riding my bike 2 miles
  • Exercising for 30 minutes doing random aerobics and weight lifting – 2 days this week
  • Stretching 3 days this week
  • Doing strenuous physical work every day such as

But guess How I Lost 2.5 Inches in 45 Minutes!

Sadly, it wasn’t the exercise although I could have lost more over the week . but these I lost using It Works – and over the weekend I thought it fair to give this stuff time to keep working and boy did it pay off!

This morning I measured again – I am down a total of  6.5 inches in my waist after using the wrap!

I have to say – it feels incredible. After using it I immediately noticed a difference and my skin still feels tighter and my pants fit looser.

What an amazing product. I am seriously considering becoming a loyal customer and trying the greens especially. I loathe breakfast – but I can drink something early. I drink coffee don’t I?

Anyway – if you’ve heard about this stuff, but you were waiting to hear from a real person – a skeptic – who has actually tried it. Well, I will tell you It Works! 

Can I just say that I wish I knew about this product before the wedding – just saying.

One of my best friends is selling this stuff – and I can understand why she believes in this product! She has a lot more info on her Facebook page – be sure to check out the fat burner video too. I started up a way of making sure I spend my summer staying Fit. I am supposed to try to get closer to my ideal weight this summer. But more importantly becoming healthier and all that good jazz. I am supposed to post this with Friday’s themed “F” word, but I wanted to give the wrap a chance to really do it’s thing – besides, Monday makes you want to say the “F” word anyway, doesn’t it? I will post an update on my inches Friday and see where I’ve gotten. Let’s see if I can drop another 2 pounds.
